Wanted to remain unbiased so I haven't read any comments or critiques on this piece. Fantastic work my friend. I love the tiger and all of the details you put in to make it not only realistic but ferocious as well. There is only one criticism (very small by the way) I have is that there is too much background highlighting going on. The tiger is the focal point but my eyes keep getting distracted by the highlighting on the plant life and ground or rock. But overall a wonderful and very pleasing piece. Soften the highlights some and see what you think .
Okay, so I'm new to this, so please pardon me!xD For starters, There overall body is extremely* well done! The stripes are very nicely placed, not too close together, not too far apart. The shading is AMAZING! I love how you did the little bright flecks in the fur, showing the sheen and reflectivity of the coat...Vary Nice!!! I think the face was brilliantly worked as well. I love how every muscle is visible on the nose. The eyes are beautiful!! The fur on the right side of the face might be a little too long, but just barely. I love your blending in the different tones through the oranges, blacks and whites. The depth perception on the mouth is very well done. The right paw looks like it's in an awkward position, but that might just be me.
The rock was very creatively done, too. I like the light sparks, but it might be a little too overdone there. It makes it look as though the rock is alive. The sky is very nice!! i love the crescent moon's placement. The sun and the rays over the the backs of the trees is very good!^^ The water and the palm trees are very good! I don't understand the three big leaves though..? I like the little light pools of purple on the tiger and the rock!^^
Overall this was a genuinely amazing piece!! If* you have any possible improvement left to be made, it is very little! This piece shows off your talent and skill, and it is purely beautiful!! Great job!^-^
And he's watching us all with the eeeeeyyyyyeeee...of the tiger
Astounding photorealistic technique you have here and the attention to detail in the tiger's fur and overall anatomy is crazy awesome. I love the exaggerated, yawn-like expression here, like this cutie is waking up from a nap or telling some pesky cubs to get off his lawn. Very nice!
Lovely drawing, the colours jump to the eye Maybe the background is a bit to sharp and saturated and both sun and moon in the sky is a wee bit too much to my liking. But that's just my opinion, and a matterr of taste. Overall an outstanding piece of art
